Returns & Exchanges

Thank you for your purchase from Sassenach Scents™. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, I'm here to help.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES: You have 14 calendar days to return or exchange an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

REFUNDS: Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your return after inspecting the item, should you not want to exchange the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment) if a refund is what you request. You will receive the credit within 3 to 5 business days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

RETURN SHIPPING: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s). Shipping costs are non-­refundable. 


If your delivery country is outside of the UK/European region, you will be expected to pay customs duties/taxes/fees upon entry of your shipment to your country, and you will be contacted by the courier service to pay the fees ahead of your delivery. If the fees are not paid by the recipient (customer), your delivery will be returned to us for non-payment. Sassenach Scents is not responsible for these fees or taxes, and they are not included in your shipping costs, therefore, any returned shipments for non-payment of said fees, lies solely in the responsibility of the customer. Additional shipping charges / fees will be imposed if your shipment is returned to us for lack of payment towards customs fees and needs to be re-shipped. If you choose to not have your order re-shipped once it is returned to us,  your order is non-refundable.
